- 3 to 5 suction cups are placed on the back to relax the muscles.
- A cup is also moved around while under suction to relax the muscles.
- Cups may be placed on other, but not all, parts of the body to relieve pain or relax the muscles. (Must discuss with me first if you desire cupping to be placed on other than the back.)
